Refund Policy

Returns

No problem — we're here to help. While we're sure you're going to love your MagMamba®, we know that every once in a while things happen and you need to return or exchange something. We want to make it right.

We allow returns, refunds, and exchanges for up to 30 days from the date you receive your order. Your delivery date starts the 30-day clock. After 30 days, we cannot offer refunds, returns, or exchanges.

To be eligible, your item must be unused and in the same condition you received it, in its original packaging.

Non-returnable items: Gift cards, personalized items, and custom-made items.

To complete your return, we require a copy of your Order Confirmation email as proof of purchase.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we'll email you to confirm receipt and notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed and a credit applied to your original payment method within 3–5 business days.

If you haven't received your refund after 5 business days, please contact us at info@magmamba.com.

Exchanges

We replace items only if they are defective or damaged. Email us at info@magmamba.com and we'll send return instructions.

Shipping Returns

You are responsible for your own return shipping costs. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, return shipping costs will be deducted unless we provided a prepaid label.

For items over $75, we recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance.
